I have visited this place several times in the past since they newly opened back in January and left a nice review in the past. But my experience yesterday was horrible. Mimi the owner asked me to come at 3:15 pm. In the past, they have a habit of setting an appointment and when you get there, you still have to wait. I have also ran a few minutes late before. Additional update: I now have two hairline cracks in the gel on my thumbs that appeared just 3 days after my appointment. I never experienced cracks with builder gel at my previous spot. My response to their reply: thank you for the offer to make things right. I will consider it.
