Literally the worst doctor I’ve ever been to.
I was a patient with Dr. Ann L Mai for 3 years(2016-2019) and have had a terrible experience. Her office hours are extremely inconvenient and are schedule around her personal obligations(8AM-3PM). She has been 30 minutes late to my appointments which were scheduled between 8am and 9am. She will within your first year charge you an annual membership fee to be a patient, which is a few hundred dollars on top of your normal Doctor visit fees. brisk healthcare Dr. Mai is an internist and primary care provider. Her office staff were polite and helpful when I went to see her for a few times. I didn't have any major health problems though. Sometimes I felt rushed in and out the door, but that could just be a sign of managed care. I wished she focused more on preventative care and health education even when it's check-ups. One time I did need to be seen soon and they were able to get me an appointment the next day, which was really helpful.
