Zero Stars The staff here treated my son horribly! They shamed him into crying for not flossing regularily and then the dentist took him to extract a tooth without getting approval from me. When I questioned what he was doing he snarled at me and got very ugly. I have to imagine that this is not normal for this practice or they would not have any patients! Was very traumatic for my son...as if the dentist needs to be any more frightening!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all!
