The experience was great and comfortable. They really showed they cared and even followed up with me the next to see how I was doing. Dr. Sterling is great at what he does.
Dr. Sterling and his team do an incredible job. They always get me in when I need them and make me feel so comfortable while i am there. I have had 3 root canals done by Dr. Sterling, and i wouldn't go anywhere else. He is a true professional.
I've had several root canals over the years. This was by far the best experience I've had. The staff, the atmosphere and the whole experience was a blessing. Thank you Emily and Dr. Sterling.
Let me first say I am a VERY nervous patient went it comes to dental work, and was less than thrilled that I was going to have to have a root canal. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The office is very peaceful and calm. All the staff were great, the receptionist even had me cracking up before the procedure began. I went in today for a root canal with Dr. Sterling. The staff in the office is very friendly and caring about your well being. I will admit I was very nervous but Catrina and Dr. Sterling helped me get past that. Dr. Sterling explained everything to me before he started with such a gentle voice. I would like to thank Dr. Sterling and the entire staff for taking such great care of me while having a root canal reworked. The original root canal was one of the worst experiences of my life ( not done by Asrari Endodontics ) so I was not looking forward to reliving that whole experience. Dr. Sterling and staff were very professional and had very positive attitudes. That, along with state of the art equipment, made all the difference in the world.
