Dr. Mahood was very proactive when we went in with our concern for our daughter. He went above and beyond by getting us an appt. to have a CT scan after seeing her. This CT scan then lead to us taking our daughter to CHOC which he helped arrange an appointment the next morning. We are grateful to him for how proactive he was. Our daughter does indeed need to have surgery at CHOC but the outlook looks very positive.
Bad experience. He didn't care about providing quality care or explaining anything. Didn't provide any treament options. Just terrible doctor. We had to go to a different ENT doctor to be able to get a second opinion. Doctors like him should really just retire because they dont appear to want to be of much help. Seems to be just be waiting and going thru the motions as long as he can.
