Extremely rude and unresponsive. Cursed at us and hung up the phone. Non responsive to texts and emails. Condescending. We have paid nearly 1k per mos for inadequate cooling of the home and he says nothing I can do. ***** grime covering bottom of pool with non functioning equipment- nothing he can do.
