My family of 4 sees Dr. Mahoney and staff. We have been patients for 15 years. The staff is friendly, knows us by name as does Dr. Mahoney. The office runs smoothly.
A shame I'll now be looking for a new dermatologist office because the dermatologists here are actually great! Front desk are unkind and rude. Canceled my appointment and didn't tell me- claimed they left a voicemail (I've tripled checked my current and deleted voicemail- they did not). Wasted my lunch today on nothing. I will not be returning to this office and finding a new dermatologist. No apologies given- no remorse. Friends have also had similar issues with front desk.
Dr Mahoney and Staff are excellent highly recommend
Dr H zapped a few spots $460. She was in the room with us less than 5 minutes. We have no insurance. The one spot was not even pre cancerous. She charged $170 for that one spot without telling us that it cost that much. We are not planning on going back.
