I would not recommend leasing from this agency unless you absolutely have to. Our original lease was with a different company and got transferred to Balanced. They told us they would not charge us for rent August because we found tenants to take over in August. Well they lied and tried to charge us full rent, threatened to lower our credit score, and turned us over to collection attorneys. RecommendedI have been renting from this company for 3 years and the entire experience from the beginning has been wonderful. My property manager Robin is a jewel and is always quick to listen and understand. If there are any issues it’s easy to schedule maintenance and they are always fast and efficient. Everyone is always professional and as I mentioned above Robin is fantastic.
