Run from this company. If you sign on as a recruiter, you will NEVER receive commissions or bonuses and you will be released just prior to getting your commissions. There are no benefits paid out as promised. Management screams and yells at everyone. There is no HR dept to go to for help. Training is non-existent as well. They have extremely high turnover for a reason.

I recently received a job offer and will be starting on this Monday. After the very first call and phone interview I had with Susan Young, she seemed focused on "me" and took to finding me a job seriously. She was in constant contact with me and a client she thought I was a good candidate for. I never had to wonder what was happening because she kept me informed. I just wanted to tell you a little about my first week. I loved it! I absolutely love the staff! I watched the training videos and shadowed other MA's. It was great. The other Medical Assistants are so patient, kind and easy to talk to. I love the front desk people too, they keep you moving and enjoying work. Tomorrow I start actually doing on my own.
