Called to get prices on labor and idea of what it may take to fix a cable. Guy on the phone very rude and did not seem interested in helping me out with my question. I called them because they are more knowledgeable than myself did not expect to be talked down to! By the way my son fixed it!
The guy working there was very rude, we were having them repair a mower and asked if he knew how long it would take to be done, he said he didn’t know and told us to not call again because we were waisting his time
I brought my 4 cycle Troybilt leaf blower in for repair this morning and was told that they only work on Stihl products. They repaired my 4 cycle Troybilt tiller this past summer so not sure what's up. I'll find somewhere else that works on Troybilt products I guess.
These guys have always bent over backwards to help me!
