Place has gone way downhill since Kassem left. Scheduled an appt and they emailed to say they couldn't honor it and made me call to reschedule. After a long wait, they answered and said, no, it's actually fine. Very inefficient scheduling (another commenter below mentions this). I specifically asked for no xrays when making the appointment, and there was no objection.
