I don't like how the booking is done. It used to be easy booking online, but now I have to call to book. And I still can't even set up my appointment because they are closed.Â
This company is the worst! I have tried several times to book with them for loc care but they are just so unprofessional. I had to call 3x before they even answer the phone, and it's not even answered by anyone actually in the salon. Then I get to my appointment and it's canceled and they're telling me I "should've" gotten a notification but I didn't because I booked over the phone.
