They have a controller called Mike marina. He sung a song with his son Lenny that Stacey's Mom gotta go in on. My mother died in 2011. She almost died having me in 1962. That is the mentality that Mahogany hires. I told staff about it they swept it under the rug. Today, it hurts me. When I was there as an admin all Howard, Lauren and Teresa gossiping about board members. Don't hire this company.
I have worked with Mahogany Services for 6 years. They have always been helpful and professional. Howard, Lauren, and Theresa are always available for assistance. LK
The reviews for this company are consistent and accurate. A bunch of incompetents. I understand that they are limited by the boards from whom they take direction; however, there is no apparent effort on their part to do the jobs for which they are hired. For the 6 years that I have been communicating, in particular, with Lauren, when and if I receive a response to my communications, it is consistently lacking. Typical responses are one to two words. I don’t quite understand the negative reviews here. Our community has been working with Mahogany since 2/1/21 and found them to be professional, responsive and extremely helpful….especially Howard and Lauren. This is a very hands on run company. Nothing but kudos.
