zero stars if i could give that, you can hear everything from upstairs tenants day and night , there is no recourse, hallways smell of everything from garbage to cooking. Had my potted plants stolen from my deck. I do not recommend it, you can get a townhouse anywhere in the city for less money and less hassle. I only stayed for 3 months because that is all i could take.
