I wish i could leave 0 stars, and this is before ever meeting this awful person face to face. I woke up extremely sick, with a fever and flu like symptoms and had no choice but to cancel/reschedule my appointment. I had to leave a message but when Mahmood called me back, the aggression, rudeness and hanging up on me was all I needed to hear.
