I own a electrical company and have been calling different dealers to find out about the commercial leasing programs they offer. The man that answered the phone did not even listen to me about what we were doing and only wanted to deal with getting sales. This dealership has lost our business forever and I would not recommend them for any business owners trying to grow their company. Very rude deserves zero stars and he should be fired. Somehow I knew I would end up making a review here I went to Maher Chevrolet to try and purchase a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe I was working with Will sales associate whom I must say is a very nice guy but he's really been tangled around by his colleagues I should have turned around the day we were at the lot and one of his coworkers Threw a piece of paper at him and said boy pick it up remind you he was white and Will is black. We took our 2016 Chevy Impala LTZ Limited there 10/20 after AutoZone diagnosed the car with a faulty fuel sensor. We take it to Maher to get it serviced as we have always done. We were loyal to these people. Especially to Steve although he wasn't the only one at fault. The service technician manager I spoke to on the phone as well as Steve's boss who wouldn't return the multiple phone calls and voicemails we left. Excellent service and customer service. The seller is very friendly and I look for all the necessary alternatives to help us. Those in the financing area were very professional and helped us enough so that we were happy with the offer. We are very grateful.
I came here to purchase a brand new C8 Corvette on 7/18/2019. I worked with a very nice Salesmen ( Mike O). We worked on this for weeks until it was able to be put in the system with General Motors for production. I put down the $1000 deposit as per request. After all the specs and details were pounded out I was told I needed to meet with the sales manager Wayne Culver. I go and meet Mr. Culver and finalized all my specs as I did with Mike. We purchased a Chevy Colorado on May 8th in St.Pete JD was the salesperson he was kind and helpful. The truck is standard shift on day 6 we smelled a burning inside and out of truck. We called service department brought vehicle in was took clutch needed replacement. They kept truck a week we picked it up. 2 days later same smell took it back they stated smell is expected a few days. My vehicle broke down late on a friday night and had to be towed to the dealership. When I got there the next day to insure the vehicle was safe and check on its status, I found it had been pushed out to the front lot. So I went in to talk to the service writer. This person does not belong in the service industry where she has to deal with the public. She was rude, argumentitive, arrogant, incompetant, and totally un- sympathetic to my predicament. I had the vehicle towed to another dealership. Bad experience.
This dealership is the worst for service! They will treat you with disrespect, rudeness and zero common courtesy. They don't care about their customers and it is sad. As a former business owner, community supporter and philanthropist, this business should leave our city. Be warned, if you must go here for service, only go to Steve Z. Steve W is the worst so avoid this maniac at all costs.
