I consulted Dr. Sohal for a second opinion about a surgical procedure and was very impressed by him and his practice. Dr. Sohal was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and took his time listening to my concerns. He offered non-surgical alternatives and helped me understand the pros and cons. The office staff were friendly and efficient, and were very helpful with sorting out some scheduling difficulties, and I highly recommend Dr. Sohal and this clinic.
Dr. Sohal was personable and his clinic was well run. I would gladly return to be treated by him.
While Dr. Sohal has a personable bedside manner, I had significant issues with the administrative and clinical aspects of his practice. I experienced consistent overbilling and complications with surgery authorization because the office failed to provide the necessary documentation to my insurance.
