Fantastic service! Been approached several times by other 'big name' providers with their special offers if we switch. Their special offers still aren't comparable to MCG.

service is spectacular. I got ripped by Mead.... with an untold 3 year contract, and for 2 months still can't get service transferred to Indianola, mahaska helped me with service to keep me in business while i still keep tring to get service transfered from Meada... can't wait to be done with contract. maybe i'll sue

Best Internet service in town. With them being local they can have a tech come the same day you have a problem. I'll never go back to the other providers.

Visited home in KC a few weekends ago, and spent the majority of the time helping my parents navigate the issues they were having with their internet provider. Required two house visits, lots of rewiring, and some $$ and even then it was just mediocre internet. People don't understand what I mean when I tell them my MCG in Osky hasn't required a single visit, my bill has DROPPED and my service has INCREASED over the last 2 years.
