RecommendedLooking forward to being part of your service when it comes to Grinnell! We are currently being left behind. The major telco only is interested in running new services only to the arial parts of town. Which ironically is leaving the new parts of town and people that live in apartments without service. Also, looking forward to you becoming involved with the Grinnell High School and Tiger Athletics.

I contacted these guys back in August, I believe, and asked about internet service. I was told they would have to do a survey to ensure I could get service where I am since it would be satellite, which was fine. What wasn't fine was being told to try back in several months because their techs "don't feel like" servicing my area. I live maybe 20 minutes from their main office! Great customer service tonight! Our router has been acting weird for a few months (disconnecting in middle of a show, etc.) but I've always been able to reset it. At some point today, our internet went out. I called when we got home at 4, thinking it was just something that could be reset on the phone. Nope, we needed a new router. The service tech was here within 30 mins (on a Saturday night!) and got us all fixed up again. Way to go, MCG!
Service is absolutley terrible spotty connection and very low download speeds. I must recommend Mediacom
I love my MCG internet great value great Wi-Fi for my Console Gaming on The PS4 Highly Recommend!!!
