I have been going to this salon for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I came in for a new set, and within seconds, the technician cut off the natural nails on my right hand that I had spent the past eight months growing and restoring to a healthy length after my nail beds were previously damaged from having my nails done abroad. They do amazing work on the nails, but the moment they saw that I had hyper pigmentation which by the way is a medical condition on my legs they started being discriminatory. To spend that much money on nails for you to then be rude to me when I was extremely respectful is utter grotesque.
Love this nail salon! It has a great vibe, wonderful nail technicians/friendly staff & while not the cheapest, offers a fair price point for the time, attention & bit of luxury they bring. Thank you Mahalo!
I have gotten my last two sets done by Liam at Mahalo, and they have been amazing! The attention to detail is incredible! The salon is clean and welcoming and the staff are great at what they do!
These are the sweetest girls ever. I did a walk in and was able to be in a chair less than an hour later. They do amazing work!
