Last time I came here the owner negatively confronted me on a bad review I left prior, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I came back to give them another shot and that same owner said if I didn’t remove my previous bad review then he wouldn’t do my nails. Instantly I left. Any reputable business would encourage reviews, even if it’s a bad one, then make the proper adjustments to improve the customers experience going forward. Be prepared to pay a $100 deposit and be upcharged after the service Update: after my previous appointment he negatively confronted me on this review at the checkout. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. However i decided to give them another shot and simply do a walk in this time. After waiting 20 minutes he tells me to remove this review or he won’t do my nails. I instantly left.
