Definitely do not recommend maguire Subaru Hyundai Genesis of Ithaca, Took my Hyundai there, called explained to them the situation. They said bring it in. We were doing an oil consumption test. Some how my car didn’t qualify for it anymore??? After taking it there 3 different times. The service manager Josh is very very rude! Talks to you like your an idiot! Service here has gone down hill. Mother sat for 4 hours for them to look at her problem (was told an hour), rescheduled without explaining to her why, dropped off when she returned for repairs and they had vehicle for 3 Days with NO phone call. Poor communication, no personalization like there use to be 4-5 months ago, staff changes ALOT which makes ya wonder and ontop of an outrageous bill as it was (more than what they quoted) SHE GOT CHARGED LABOR TO INSTALL WIPER BLADES?? Starting to question the quality of Maguire.

RecommendedWe were driving through Ithica. there seemed to be some problem with the tires or the steering. I saw the Subaru sign and pulled in looking for some help. They were able to diagnose the problem (front rocker arm) find the part and get us on our way the same day. I want to thank Maguire, there staff and especially Jim Dean for there help in saving what could have been a catastrophic day. Rick stein
