It's a very sad day to say goodbye to your mom. We really didn't know what to do. Bob biggins guided us the very first time we went. He is a local family man who has had his own share of grief. In the days that followed, not one but EVERY single employee guided us, comforted us and made this experience so much easier. I have the utmost respect for Maqoun-Biggens Funeral Home... My mom and dad as well as numerous friends and family over the years have always been the best and have always treated the families who lost loved ones with respect. Thankyou

Over the years, this has been our place to honor those we have loved & lost. We lost our Mom and once again, Magoun-Biggens was there to make the entire process full of dignity, honor, compassion and light. Bob Biggens treated us like he would his own kids, and handled us not only professionally but like family. I was there for the funeral service of my friend's uncle (Late Nick Dibona) and I had noticed that people, who take care of funeral home, were so rude to my friend's family member;moreover, it seemed like they had no sympathy with the people who lost their dear one. So unprofessional!!

To treat a direct family member of the deceased with absolute disrespect, and then remove the obituary is absolute BS. I would give 0 stars if possible.
