Not that anyone wants to experience death, but Magoun-Biggins was very helpful. I didn't get the chance to tell Bob how much I appreciated his kindness after my mother's death in the Spring of 2012. His staff was very patient with me when I was dilly-dallying after my mother's memorial service. They were sweet to me when they could've been impatient. They helped my boyfriend and I carry out flowers and were eager to help with everything I needs that day. Thank you Bob! You are awesome. :)
