Found 2 roaches, 1 fly in my room when we arrive, and the next day more roeches. The room have weird smell, the carpet was wet and looks like never vacuumed or cleaned. The bathroom looks old but in the mirror say was refurbished (sure, like 20 years ago). The cleaning need to improve a lot, not provide new towels after 1 night they only took away and all of them feel like sandpaper, they need apply a fabric softener. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND THANK OF GOD ONLY STAY 2 NIGHTS.
No sé lo recomiendo a nadie , le robaron todo el dinero que mi hijo tenía para pasar nuestras vacaciones sobre 1,600 dólares y el gerente ni siquiera le importó y a mi hasta el cargador de mi teléfono IPhone, No quisieron responder, jamás lo recomendaría.

La pero experiencia que vive fue este hotel. Mala habitación y en mal estado mal olor el aire acondicionado dañado y para colmo no tenían caja fuerte deje 1500 dólares escondidos y cuando llegue avían rebuscado toda la habitación. Como no avía cámaras de vigilancia. El gerente ni se disculpó ni le importo nada. Pero solo con las actitudes de los empleados se sabían que avían sido ellos todos estaban nerviosos cuando.
