THEY STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS IN THIS HOTEL. The last day we were late for the checkout because we were at the Disney parks, and when we arrived all our stuff had been thrown into a locker in plastic garbage bags. But our tablet and $250 dollars cash had been stolen. When we asked about it they were extremely rude and agressive, we felt threatened and intimitated. They dared us to make a police report, it was clear it's not the first time they've done it. They are robbers, please do not stay at this hotel, it is not safe.
You get what you pay for, sure, but even we budget travelers draw the line at somewhere ...and this is it. Dirty, broken down, decades old furniture, horrible cheap bedsheets, sticky surfaces all around. Shower doesn’t work at all but they don’t seem too concerned about that: someone came in to ”fix it” but made it even worse and left it as it is. nice place only one problem pool not heated :(
One star to much. Had paid months in advance. Had to pay a $4 resort fee. Had to pay $40 deposit before they would give me key. They were rude. It was very nasty, noisy and there was roaches. Made me wait 1/2 hr cause checkin was at 3 and it was 2:30. DONT STAY HERE!
I have not been there. Scrowling through a post and it came up i loved it. Do not know how that happened. The part I did not like was when I got the message I loved it nevet even seen this place.
This place was like the pit of hell! The furniture is tore up and has to be at least 20 years old. It smells moldy. It's drug infested with sketchy people all around the premises. Contacted Expedia to complain, the front office would not even pick up when Expedia attempted to call them. We got moved to a nicer location.
