This hotel has gone downhill. When me and my husband first stayed in 2010, there was room service, classy customer service, very clean and no smoky smell. The last time I stayed which was 2014, the front desk was filled with ghetto people, rooms were not ready, restaurant and room service was gone, smelled like weed and customer service was ignorant. I'm sorry to say this but when my people took over it went down hill. I really hope the Caucasians buy it back and make it classy again like when it was the omni. I won't be bac... read more

My stay has been very nice. I enjoy the rest and the room. It's quite annoying free! I have only seen a few guest but that's good as well. My room is great and I love the setup! This is what sold me the most on this hotel. I saw it on online and I informed the Lord that this what I would like to stay at and here I am.

I had a friend ask that I book her at this hotel, and despite my better judgement, I did. Her stay was in June 2016, and I have been trying to get a resolution to a problem with her stay for several weeks. The general manager, Nate Alexander, will not respond to any of my phone calls, voicemails, or emails; and when asking to speak to his superior, I was told by Neal (a front desk employee) that it would be the owner, and I could only speak to the owner if I could figure out how on my own, since he was not allowed to give ou... read more

Went there to have my nieces birthday party, first time at the hotel. Our first room smelled just like weed was its air freshener. Complained to the front they moved us into another room which was hot as hell in a hand basket. Complained again. The girl at the front desk was rude as hell with her 19 yr old attitude. Got swiched to another room which was a fire hazard because once in the room could not open the door. This hotel online looks way better than in person. Will not stay here again that's for sure. The elevator got stuck and had to walk down 7 flights of stairs!!! :(

The website for this hotel looked decent and we got a great price on Expedia.... From the moment we pull up you could tell it was beyond run down. No restaurant, all decor is either broken or extremely worn, and no continental breakfast as advertised on website. The only plus to this place was it was cheap and it's close to everything. But I would never recommend not stay here.

My daughter and I on vacation. Second day. The sauna is out of order and the advertised "restaurant" is closed. But the rooms are very clean, beds clean, and staff are polite.
