If I could give a negative star I would …. There was no toilet paper when we checked in and when we called to ask for some they expected us to come to the office to get toilet paper that should have already been in the room . We stayed 2 nights the housekeeper never came to offer new towels or anything when we asked she said she would bring them and never came …. Then when we called the office they said they have no clean towels available ….. ABSURDDDDD
Kris was incredible nice with me , went above and beyond his way to accommodate my reservation he is the reason I will come back to this hotel next time I’m in Tyler thank you Kris
I made the mistake of booking a room at Magnuson Grand Hotel so that you don’t have to. They say pictures are worth a thousand words; I won’t say anything else.
