Walked in the room and there were questionable stains everywhere. Bathroom was filthy and saw a coackroach... Immediately went back to the front desk, said we were going somewhere else. Coackroach was laughed off saying "this is normal in Texas". Sir, no... Luckily I just lost $50 and not more...

DO NOT ! I REPEAT DO NOT! STAY HERE!! The service is horrible! We are having to go through a claim right now because I checked in with multiple People a month ago and we booked 4 different rooms we have been waiting on our deposits back for over a month now NO ONE GOT THERE MONEY BACK! They are scammers and they lied to us all and they stole money from us! Do not waist your money! The rooms were good but they only gave boiled eggs and waffles for breakfast!
El peor hotel que he estado en Tyler Tx. Los alrededores y estacionamiento sucios, la cama sonaba, cuarto huele a humedad, anteriormente hubo cuadros o decoraciones y las quitaron y se ven las manchas en la pared, el baño no pude usarlo porque el olor a cucaracha es insoportable, todo oxidado, ofrecen un desayuno muy nefasto ya que solo tienen pan para tostar y wafles y el cafe estaba quemado y por último el checking de salida lo hacen a las 11:00am pero desactivaron mi tarjeta mucho antes de las 11am y entre las 9am y 10am ... read more
