This place was awful. Customer service was terrible. They wouldn’t give us 1 extra towel or blanket. There were cobwebs across the room hanging from the ceiling. 2 roaches (that we saw.) The room was filthy. No cold water came out of the sink-we had to use bottled water to brush our teeth! Never ever again will I stay here.
To say our stay here was disappointing would be the understatement of the century. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews rather than the positive ones. Our stay was in room was 108 on 6-4-25. The curtain rod was broken. I had to rig it to get it to close. The smell of mold permeated the room. It appeared they had just cleaned the room. They had not. Everything was sweating. The floor had water on it. The vanity had water on it. The bed was damp. The towels and wash cloths were damp. Turns out it was humid... read more
