There is something very shady about this company. They claimed I was parked in a visitor section, however I was two parking spots away. They doctored up a photo of my car without the license plate displayed in the visitors parking, taken with a regular cell phone, but refused to show the video from the property cameras. I think that the security personnel, or detail have a quota to make, and are in cahoots with the towing agencies. Disappointed. High price - paying for security, yet no cameras and had my car window smashed, bike stolen from my car ON THE PROPERTY when security were supposed to be on duty - how did they not hear or see this?!? What am I paying for?
