Re-roof I called the owner of Magnum requesting an estimate. He actually went up on the roof and examined it. He expressed concern with my current ventilation and proposed a solution of cutting an extra vent hole during instalation. He was priced competitively but it was worth it knowing I was getting grade A materials installed properly! He was also much cheaper than some of the other "big names ". Re-roofing Avoid this roofer. It costs less than other roofers but the quality of the work is poor. After they re-roofed my house in 2015, my garage started to leak when it rained. I called Steven (the owner of the company), he just quickly did some chucking. But it leaked again during the next rain. I called Steven again, then he started to blame my eavestrough that water couldn't get through quickly. You called me on two different occasions and I came to your house immediately both times. The source of the leak was a very large metal flashing that you had installed previous to my doing the roof. New Roof Steve is one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with over my years in residential and commercial projects. Magnum completed the roof on my rental property in 2014 and my residence in 2015. Both jobs were completed when Steve committed with no surprises cost wise even though some unforeseen issues arose. I have recommended Magnum Roofing to several neighbours and all have been very satisfied. I have not heard one negative comment. New shingles on roof Magnum was very professional in all aspects of the job. Initial consult was thorough and timely. Actual job was performed on the exact day they quoted and finished install and site cleanup on the same day as agreed. Shingle match was excellent as property had a shared roof on both sides.

Roof (shingles) replacement Steven and his crew where simply fantastic. The team arrived on schedule and finished on time. The job was very professional and clean. Great advice along the way. Residential Shingles I contacted Steve at Magnum roofing for a quote and he immediately set up a date a time to come out, The day before he was to arrive he called me and advised me that he had an emergency come up and was not going to be able to make it at our set time. He asked if he could come out right away and gave me a time. He arrived on time.
