Ordered last minute dress here and got it on time and they fixed right there also! Girls are awesome and good customer service too!
I have always bought my daughters pageant and prom dresses from them... they are wonderful and work so hard to help you find what you want. Thank you for all the happy memories you have given my daughters in your beautiful dresses.
I had my wedding dress altered here. They added sleeves and converted a zipper back to a corset for only $150 for everything including letting it out a few times before my wedding (I got pregnant 3 months before the wedding). Alfred angelo quoted me nearly $300 just to convert the zipper to corset. They took great care of my dress for as long as they had it and do the cheapest, but most well done alterations in the area. Worth travelling just outside of Charlotte county to get nice formal wear!
You should take better care of your customers. Your leaving a young lady to figure out on her own what to do with her unaltered dress. Each day it was supposed to be complete it wasn't. She needs her dress this weekend for an out of town event and you, Magnolia Bridal, failed miserably.
