We did not have a pleasant time at Andrea’s place / Tropical Villas Orlando, All the nice pictures online is from when the house was brand new. Once we walked in we noticed the carpets were dirty. Found small trash in the closets. Window shades were not clean. Shortage in towels which also wants fresh. Our wash machine wasn’t working we requested multiple times to get it fixed they never came. We had a terrible stay at Andrea’s place / Tropical Villas Orlando. There were so many problems during our stay and they failed to fix even one saying it was over a weekend. I’ve stayed in this resort plenty of times previously and never yet experienced anything this horrible. The curtains were stained and then they wrote a review saying that we stained them! That is false. There were a couple of towels with grey and black stains on it from the start! Very disappointing to go on vacation and have this many problems constantl... read more
