Always very nice. Never any problems.
My experience started with the front desk staff. They welcomed me with a pleasant tone of voice and a warm smile. Amber and Dr. Caron were also very pleasant while giving me a professional and knowledgeable dental appt. I am curious to see how much my dental insurance will pay.
As usual, I received professional service. I have been using Tupelo Smiles for many years, even before Dr. Kenney and Dr. Caron were on the team. I would not even think about using anyone else. Staff members are professional and friendly. They show sincere concern and care not just about your dental issues but anything else you may choose to share with them. Dr. Kenney is my Dentist. I told a friend that he is a genuinely good person. Sometimes when you see your medical doctors in the general public they may not know you outside the setting of their office.
