Welcome to the Townhomes@Spartanburg ghetto built in 1974 with asbestos in walls, lazy useless females in the office. Lots of new apartments have been built in the city around, and more are still being built, at almost the same price.
Tracy is amazing and so helpful!
I’ve been living here in these beautiful townhomes for over a year now. And I must say that it’s very quiet and peaceful. The maintenance guys are really fast and they do great service to fix any problem I’ve ever encountered! Very close to the interstate and shopping centers! All smiles from me. If you’re looking for a small townhome that’s pet friendly, I highly recommend this neighborhood!
