Leasing manager gave all information needed very nice two matainence requests completed in reasonable time they were professional and curious
I strongly recommend using caution when considering Magnolia Park Apartments as your place of residence. Make sure you keep a detailed copy of your lease and all move-in/move-out documents. After I moved out, the complex attempted to charge me nearly $9,000 for damages that were not mine and for fees that were completely unwarranted—and frankly, illegal. I had a great experience with the leasing manager, she was very nice and sweet and extremely helpful and was willing to show me multiple units before I moved in, and was very quick to help me with my application online and updating my application in the system. Thank you for updating me as well and calling me when I was approved to schedule a tour. I had a great experience trying to rent this apartment, Oceana, the leasing manager, was very helpful (I’m sorry if I spelled that wrong)
I highly recommend moving here … the manager is so sweet and nice and she make sure everything 10/10 before she leaves the site . I liked Ms Reed from the first time we met now I’ve grew to love her because she makes sure her tenants are comfortable, safe and satisfied ! Keep up the good work lovely
