My experience at Magnolia park was great, the property manager was so helpful in creating a great experience for me and other residents. Any problems I had she handled them in a timely manner and always kept me updated on any situation at hand! I hope she knows and also maintenance knows how greatly appreciated they are for the services they provide for the property to keep it running as good as it does! It has been a pleasant place to stay! Things has changed for the better over the years. I’ve been here going on year 3. The site manager Ms Reed is awesome fixes issues right away when you need her and Work orders have been completed on time.
Ms. Reed is amazing. Living here has been a great experience. The property is always well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. Ms Reed is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed complex!
