I will admit 4 months into living here I had fallen out of love with this place . But In the last few months the property management has really stepped up their game . I’m especially grateful to Sandra , who has emailed me personally multiple times to address issues I’m having , and I’m in absolute AWE about how great their maintenance team is ,I will definitely be renewing my lease here.
DO NOT RENT HERE. AWFUL PLACE TO LIVE. Horrible office staff. Uncaring and condescending. Ridiculous parking rules. Was parked with new car (paper plates) for less than 12 hours in a spot that was NOT RESERVED and they towed it. Went to the office and they couldn’t have cared less. It was funny to them. I’m visiting a tenant and they said “have him pay for it since he didn’t tell you where to park.” please help spread the word about the shady practices here. Magnolia Terrace is a wonderful place to live. My son Jacob and I have lived here for eight years and have always felt at home.� The office staff and maintenance staff are always so nice and helpful.
