10/10. I love that they offer a variety of storage locations and sizes in Murray, Kentucky area making it very convenient to find the perfect unit. Their online rental system was incredibly easy to use and user-friendly. Plus, the employees are super nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns! I highly recommend Magnolia Storage!

Needed somewhere to store my belongings ASAP, Alex had me taken care of and able to store my items within a few hours! He went above and beyond what he needed to do for a customer. I will be recommending Magnolia Storage to anyone needing to find somewhere for their belongings to be stored on short notice

Huge shout out to Alex for assisting us with the storage rental unit. Customer service was superb ! Called in, spoke with Alex who provided me with descriptions of available units . Chose the unit and made payment over the phone which was VERY easy and reassuring with him on the line. Went to unit within the hour and took pictures of it to ensure I wouldn’t be liable for any damages (I always do this when renting ANYTHING). Sent pics to Alex and he actually reached out and had a few dings/hole repaired within the hour. Servi... read more
