I actually rented a 1 bedroom apt at Gulf Coast Estates which is part of Magnolia Apts. Managed by a very sneaky, manager, Carolyn Anders. It seems they painted the outside Blue so the drug dealers and gangs won't shoot there now. It used to be a problem. The tow truck guy that I hired to come jump my car off said he almost didn't come because he was robbed the last time he came. But again, apts are blue now. It is ok. They also charge (1 bdrm 799 sq.ft) $1240 mth rent, $100 mth per pet rent. Yes, your dog will have to get a... read more
