RecommendedI can not say enough about this facility. It is absolutely amazing. The management staff, caregivers, Chef, food service staff, and everyone else treat my mother with the utmost respect just like I would. I have to travel for work and if it was not for this group of professionals I do not know how I would be able to keep my job. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to them.
RecommendedMy 90 year old mother is at Legacy. The people there are wonderful to her and she tells me that all the time . I feel the facility is clean and mom likes the food. She’s certainly happy there . I definitely would recommend . Debi Helwig
RecommendedMy mom became a resident in July, 2019. From the very beginning everyone at Caleo Bay welcomed her with open arms. The residents, nurses, caregivers and the entire staff do their jobs with loving care, always with a smile and willing to do whatever it takes to make the residents happy. Caleo Bay goes above and beyond the call of duty. At Caleo Bay residents and family members are treated with respect. If you are looking for a facility for your loved ones, I totally recommend Caleo Bay.

I've worked at Farmington Square Eugene for a little over a year now. I have never worked anywhere that puts the residents first like Farmington does. My residents & coworkers are like family to me & I truely enjoy everyday I get to make a difference in their lives.
I love this place, that's why Ive made the decision to come back. My residents there are like my family. The people that work there are my extended family as well. Amazing place
RecommendedMy father and I looked at a lot of assisted living and memory care facilities in the Lexington area. My mother has Alzheimer’s and my father has Agent Orange Syndrome and COPD, he alone cant take care of her. They’ve been married close to 60 years and Dad insisted they be able to stay together. Magnolia Springs is the ONLY place that would allow them to stay together in Memory Care. The folks there are amazing! Especially Diane in Memory Care, she’s a true angel!
