The folks there were wonderful angels in getting my mother out of a very difficult situation and into a beautiful place with friendly and loving people who have cared very well for her. We are grateful to everyone from the cheerful personal caregivers to the chef and all the folks that make meal times tasty and inviting. Everyone is so sweet and they offer lots of options for fun things to do each day. I don’t know what we would do without this group of loving and kind people.
It is such a friendly caring place to call home. The food is delicious and the many activities are well planned and diverse.
My mother has been at Magnolia Springs east for over 2 years now. I could not be more pleased with the staff there and the care she has received. The people keep me well informed if there are any issues and do it on a very timely basis. I would highly recommend Magnolia to any families who are looking to find a place that provides excellent assisted living or memory care. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and I was so impressed when I arrived at this facility. The facility is beautiful and clean!!! The management and staff are top notch. They have activities to keep the residents busy and the food is outstanding. If you're looking for an assisted living facility for your loved one, this is the place to go.
My mother has been at Magnolia Springs East for almost two years, now living in the Memory Care unit. I thank the Lord for her living there, not only every time we visit, but whenever we drive by (which is frequent since we live in Pewee Valley). The place is clean, the food is great (as indicated by a needed weight gain after she moved in), and, most importantly, the staff is wonderful. My mom has been in the memory care section at Magnolia Springs East for about a year and a half. We couldn't be happier with the care she has received. She has thrived and feels very much at home there. Whenever we walk in the door, everyone greets her by name. The employees really seem to care about the residents. I would highly recommend Magnolia Springs!
I'm a physical therapist who has worked in magnolia springs facility for over 4 yrs meeting and working with many residents and staff. As a professional who has been in many assisted living facilities this place is wonderful. I would really do your homework before putting a loved one in this facility. They sent my mother to the ER basically naked one time in Nov. 2016 and they evicted her for stopping up a toilet in June 2017 when I did not agree to a 24/7 babysitter at $25 per hour. They even went behind my back and ordered a babysitter for her even though I had agreed to one between 7am - 7 pm because I didn't believe she needed one to watch her sleep and expected me to pay for it.
