I would give this place a 10 star if I have to based on that lady in the office, she went on the call of duty to help me
The lady at the office was so so fantastic and so professional she went beyond the call of duty to help me because I cannot make it into the store because of my leg she did 95% over the phone and all I had to do is stay outside in my vehicle and she came out to my car and did the rest. I want to thank her for all the help she did to me. I will rent from this company anytime just because of her you do not get this kind of help anywhere. Thanks again
The customer service agent went the extra mile to help me since I am disabled and hard of hearing. My ride took me to the wrong place then created drama. He decided the drama and treated me with the utmost kindness. I will definitely remember your company because of him. Have a blessed day!
