Nikki is a terrific stylist. Why? Because she listens, she hears and she implements her skill. I've had lon hair most of my life. Going from long hair to short made me nervous. Well actually, "Change" makes me nervous. This is where Nikki's listening skills were magical. She took her time, cutting in stages, then pausing to see if I wanted her to stop or cut more.
