The management doesn't care about the tenants' safety The shower rod fell on my head because it wasn't installed properly by the maintenance. My complaint went nowhere. Now I keep telling them that the towel rack is too flimsy and unstable and could fall on my daughter's head but Joey (the maintenance guy) told me there is nothing he can do about it because they just use cheap materials.
