Get directionsWe had an absolutely amazing experience. My elderly daddy was treated with so much dignity, concern and thoroughness. I was very pleased and more than impressed with the quality of care. Thank you.
My brother recently had a heart cath at MRHC with Dr. Morgan being his doctor and was given the best of care. The nurses were awesome and did a excellent job taking care of him before and after the heart cath. My brother also had his gall bladder removed by Dr. Holley after his heart cath and was treated with the utmost respect by doctor and staff. His family appreciated all that everyone did to make his surgery and stay a very pleasant one in both situations. We appreciate MRHC and their doctors as well as staff.
I loved the service I had when I gave birth to my son in 2017, but I will not be doing business with MRHC after their billing service failed to mention until after my accounts were sent to collections, that I was supposed to call and have my accounts grouped. Common sense should tell you that if a patient has 10 accounts and he/she is making payments, you shouldn’t send them to collections. You definitely lost a family, who will never do business there again.
They lack patient safety. At the drive thru Flu shot "clinic" they were not monitoring patients for at least 15 minutes post vaccine as required for reactions and anaphylaxis. This is negligence.
I would never recommend going to any clinic that has a drive through flu shot clinic. The flu vaccine is the most compensated for injury of any vaccine as stated by the Dept of Justice. This clinic isn't even asking people to wait to make sure they dont have a reaction. Are they liable if the reaction happens after they drive off? They also didnt even tell the people of the serious side effects like Guillain Barre or that there is a form of mercury in the vaccine. http://vaccineimpact.com/…/DOJ-Report-Vaccine-Injuries-Sept…
I could never express my gratitude to all the staff at Magnolia. To all of you in ICU who tended to me....I love you all. The entire staff from nurses to doctors went above and beyond any expectation!!!!!!!!!
I've been here over an hour after slicing 3 of my fingers up with an electric Bush trimmer and I asked for at least a local to help with the pain and was told I have to see a provider I guess coming in light headed and feeling weak from blood lose and meat hanging out of my cuts isn't a good enough reason to help me while the stuff laughs and conversates worst place I've been I hope this helps others and I hope I get to keep the feeling at least in my fingers
I can’t complain about the patient care at the hospital. However, I can complain about the billing process. I received a bill a year and half later concerning my daughter. Really? When I called they had my name and phone number incorrect. I do not think that I should have to pay a bill that is that old. Maybe they should keep up with their paperwork a little better.
Would like to say thanks to the fast thinking ER doctor for my mom care something that seems so small actually was something serious in my mom care . Thanks again for helping my mom feel better !! #proudtoworkhere
