RecommendedGorgeous facility. Hands on staff and so professional while my mother got a hip replacement! Ps she said the food is good too! Thanks to everyone there
went to the ER with severe back pain. went to the back seen a nurse and she said they had to get a room clean. " the ER was empty" she sent us back to the waiting room am after two hrs we ask what was going on they couldn't find any one to answer that question. waited another 40 minutes and left. what the heck is going on there?? why call it an emergency dept. you failed big time, people need help and found NONE NOT EVEN AN ANSWER. I truly hope this gets looked into, your loosing money and face.
Terrible place. Waited to get into a room in the ER for 4 hours. Then, waited 3 hours for absolutely nothing. I know a lot of the nurses and they couldn’t care less. IF YOU AIN’T DYING, GO TO TUPELO.

My brother recently had a heart cath at MRHC with Dr. Morgan being his doctor and was given the best of care. The nurses were awesome and did a excellent job taking care of him before and after the heart cath. My brother also had his gall bladder removed by Dr. Holley after his heart cath and was treated with the utmost respect by doctor and staff. His family appreciated all that everyone did to make his surgery and stay a very pleasant one in both situations. We appreciate MRHC and their doctors as well as staff.
I loved the service I had when I gave birth to my son in 2017, but I will not be doing business with MRHC after their billing service failed to mention until after my accounts were sent to collections, that I was supposed to call and have my accounts grouped. Common sense should tell you that if a patient has 10 accounts and he/she is making payments, you shouldn’t send them to collections. You definitely lost a family, who will never do business there again.
Usually don’t have a dr or even a nurse practitioner on staff. Their billing department is run by full blown incompetent management. Will never EVER use this service again.
