We have the best hospital in the south. Been there 4 times this yr for tests and service has been A-1 every single time. Haven't been sent a survey, but I want to let ALL YA'LL know what a great job u have done and how much I appreciate your professional, compassionate and friendly service.
The billing department said I had paid my balance in full, then 1 year later suddenly say I owe ~$1200. They overcharged the amount agreed upon with my insurance co., and now are billing me for it. They refuse to correct the balance, and call daily harassing me even though I AM paying every month. I wouldn't go there for ANY reason. Gouging your customers is disgraceful.
I would to thank everyone in the Wound Care Center for what they done . Especially Shanon in the hypervarics room thank your so sweet my favorite nurse !!!!!!

My husband John Wayne Eaton had a very scary incident and the folks at Magnolia were great. From the ER to MICU to Fourth Floor we could not have asked for better care. I don't know what we would have done without Dr Mohammed and all the doctors, nurses, lab, respiratory therapy etc. Everyone took very good care of him. Thank you all!!!
Thank y'all so much for what everything that y'all did for my husband,,, Danny Bingham ,,,, he was in ICU and in a reg room on the 4th floor,,,, y'all were absolutely wonderful to him! He was released yesterday and he seems to be doing very good! God bless y'all!
