My mother recently had a horrible experience in the ER when brought in for a possible broken hip. Fully staffed but they ignored calls for help on at least four, 4, ****, occasions! This is FAR from the "excellent care" in a "most efficient and timely fashion" that they praise themselves for on their website!!!! How can you trust this hospital for good medical care when the ER is so deficient ?
My friend was put on the fifth floor years ago and mis-diagnosed by that quack they called the Thorazine Queen.Thank to her his life has been miserable.
Amazing And Wonderful Hospital!!!!!!! The Precious Workers: From The Cleaning Staff, To The Doctors, To The Resident Doctors, To The Nurses, To The Receptionists And The Security And The Kitchen Staff Along With The Gift Shop Workers Were Amazingly Extraordinary!!!!!! They All Went Far Beyond Their Call Of Duty!!!!! And The Food Was Delicious (on the regular diet trays)!!!!!!!
My wife recently had a beautiful baby girl on Halloween in the Nursery and Labor area, and Dr. Logan was amazing!! She never missed a beat and kept us calm the whole time. The nurses that stood out also as perfect to us were Natalie, Beth, Brooke, and Anna! There were others, but failed to get names!!! My parents Edward and Olene Jackson have used this hospital for over 30 yrs. My Dad passed away 3 yrs ago. They have been patients of Dr .David Chase and Dr. John Prather for many yrs. I would like to thank everyone on staff for the excellent care my family has received there.
Thanks so much to the security guards for showing me that human kindess is still alive and well. This Yankee raised southern born girl was stranded at the hospital over night into the next day and they made sure that I had blankets to keep me warm and even made sure that I ate in the morning for no cost. Things like this never happen in Iowa. Y'all are an amazing bunch of people. THANKS AGAIN!
