Owner was VERY RUDE to me during a conversation we had about a conversation I had with other workers in the office . He was not there when I was given the misinformation and pretty much flat out told me I was a liar and our conversation was irrelevant and he was on vacation (apparently my questions were messing his vacation up) . I really enjoyed the property, but the only down fall is the property manager Gary. He has a bad attitude and is very arrogant! Minus him the property is great.
I've been with Magnolia Properties since 2014. From the apartment in MeadowLark, to the duplex in Cobblestone, and now at Brick Pointe, they never fail to have clean, quiet, and friendly units. They're not like other companies that will charge you with hidden fees, or ridiculous fees. And because of that, i plan to stay with them as long as i can. ❤
Wonderful people to work with. As a business owner and one of their vendors, I can tell you that they are honest and fair and a dream to do work for.
My husband & I lived in the Friar Tuck Apartments for 8 years. We had the best experience! Whenever there was a problem, it was addressed the SAME DAY. Gary, Wendy & Chuck are awesome people! They truly care for their tenants!
