Great service
This day began badly but ended on a very high note. My boiler stopped working overnight. It was 29 degrees outside. I called Magnolia at 8am, and by 10 am Carlos Reed was at my door. By the time he left, my heating system was working better than it has worked in years. Carlos is an excellent diagnostician and an extremely skilled technician. Magnolia has been very responsive to my HVAC equipment needs. Ive purchased 2 PTAC units from them in the last 4 years. Each time, their installation and technical staff have been extremely professional, competent, and communicative. They've acted quickly to determine the exact unit model that fits the sleeve space and that will function efficiently for the room's dimensions. Pricing is competitive as well. I will definitely choose Magnolia again for my next PTAC replacement.
