The plumbers did great work, great attention to detail and making sure the job is done perfectly. This house is a very old building, 100 years old, and there are always some surprises (need of older parts, etc.) and odd problems that pop up when you go behind the walls, etc. And some of that happened on this job, but they handled it very well. And did excellent work
Short notice visit to identity problem and fix furnace not working in cold weather.
Service was prompt & professional, but I think the $75 dispatch fee should have been credited towards our bill.
Quick, efficient, on time repairs done well.
