When I moved my grandma in here about 18 years ago it was great! Beautiful building, comfortable & safe (help pulls & buttons), wonderful gardens & community room & nice periodic events & caring staff. As the years went on the truth came out. The "help" pulls were disengaged with no warning & when asked about they said, "Oh well everyone has an "I've fallen & can't get up device or cell phone so it isn't necessary". Please be careful for this over seer named Don. I came to stop by my mothers and make sure her meds were in order and i happened to have the privledge and meet this new guy that is gun hoe on taking advantage of his little power in position. He judged me right away and had his own story about me just set in his brain. My parents have lived at Magnolia apts for anout 18 years and never experienced any issues especially this incident.
