The apartments appeared nice and well kept and beautiful. My husband and I was in a good mood to see the place. But, the 2 women that worked there were mean, not welcoming, and did not greet us at all. Because of the older lady's mean, unfriendly attitude, we do not want to rent here. First impression is important to me. I hope the Christian music that she was listening to will help her to treat guests better and love people like the Bible says to love.
I've been living here for 2 years and love it. Ms. Cynthia you make living at Magnolia pleasant. Thank you for always having a great smile and always making yourself available to talk with your residents. You and Jasmine make a GREAT team in the office. Continue to do great things with Magnolia Place you are truly ❤️ love by many people here.
I have been here 2 yrs and I love it here. Ms. Cynthia you are truly asset to Magnolia and your company. Please don't change the sweet person you are. You and your staff are #1 in my book. You all make living here at Magnolia Place very comfortable and pleasant. It feels good coming home to a beautiful clean and good smelling place. Keep up the great job. We love it.

The 1 evaluator toward the back has been out for 6 months now and the older people can’t come out because they having to walk to the front of the building on walkers which is ridiculous
